Carico’s ULTRA TECH “Multi Stage Filtration Cartridge” utilizes a series of micro filtration devices and special absorbent compounds, strategically layered for complete purification. Carico’s point of use water system produces the purest water for drinking and cooking. The full spectrum cartridge. Our unique submicron ceramic removes 99.9999% E Coli (Bacteria) from water, with no breakthrough.
The ceramic filter W9510300 was challenged in a third party laboratory testing by filtering 300 liters of reverse osmosis water containing Escherichia coli at a concentration of 6 x 108 CFU according to a standard test method; no breakthrough was detected (i.e. below the lower detectable limit of 1 CFU / 100 mL), demonstrating a log removal value (LRV) of 6.08 (or, 99.9999% reduction) and it will STOP any particles that are 500 times smaller than a strand of human hair.
